Periodicidad cuatrimestral Su objetivo es difundir conocimientos científicos originales sobre la fauna terrestre mundial en las áreas de Comportamiento, Ecología, Fisiología, Genética, Morfología, Sistemática y Zoogeografía, entre otros. Se publica en español, aunque se reciben trabajos en inglés, francés o portugués. Se distribuye mediante suscripciones e intercambios con instituciones de México, así como de 35 países de todo el mundo. Está indizada en el Biological Abstracts, Zoological Records, Commonwealth Agriculture Bureau Abstracts, British Library, Library of Congress, Bibliothèque du Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle de France, Latindex, Indice Latinoamericano y del Caribe, Periodica, Seriunam y Redalyc, principalmente Its objective is to spread original scientific research on terrestrial fauna of the World in the fields of Behavior, Ecology, Physiology, Genetics, Morphology, Systematics, and Zoogeography. Languages allowed are Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese. Is mailed to our subscriptors and exchanges with libraries in Mexico, as well as to other 35 countries around the world.
